House Rules
Parking for 3 cars. No parking on lawn or street. Names and ages of all tenants are required prior to contract. Additional guests must be approved by owner. At this time we do NOT book to groups of young adults under the age of 28 or to wedding parties. No smoking/vaping. No pets.

Large comfortable living room with sofa, loveseat and leather recliner.
Kitchen
Well-equipped kitchen with ample glassware, dinnerware and cookware. Additional beverage refrigerator and Kurig coffee machine. Both indoor and outdoor dining for 6-8 people. Small desk area adjacent to kitchen.
Bathrooms
Towels, soap/shampoo, and hairdryer are provided. Guests must bring their own beach towels. You’ll love our outdoor shower when you return from a day at the beach.
Entertainment
50″ smart TV, Wi-Fi, stereo system, DVD player, internet access, two kayaks with life jackets for use on Little Pond, beach chairs & wagon with beach toys, three golf courses within five miles of the house, cycling trips, fishing nearby
