We are a family of four who stayed four nights in this lovely home. It looks like new construction and is sparkling clean, full of light, and very comfortable (AC, ceiling fans, nice beds and comfortable linens). The home has a fenced in backyard with patio, grill, and table/umbrellas. We walked a few steps in our bare feet to drop kayaks or paddle boards into Little Pond, and the open ocean with 2 lovely beaches was only a block away. The neighborhood is quiet, a maze of one way streets with no through traffic. We REALLY enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The house is updated and well-maintained and in a great location near a pond and a block away from the beach. The amenities were even better than expected – 2 kayaks for the pond, beach chairs and towels, a wagon to pull the kids or beach gear, a nice patio and grill, well-stocked kitchen equipment, etc. You can tell that the owners have put a lot of thought and care into the house.

It was an easy walk to the beach, and an easier one to Little Pond. The owners were super easy to work with and immediately responded to all of my questions.
